This video demonstrate the Breeze smoker in action. Specifically, I am Breezing a pork shoulder (pulled pork, pork butt) for 11 hours, with very little effort. It rained overnight while the meat cooked, and due to the patented temperature control technology and fully insulated oven, there was minimal impact to the operating temperature. As is normal with any cook on the Breeze, I only had to interact with it 5 times... lighting, putting in the meat, one fuel refill, wrapping the meat in aluminum (not actually required... just my style), and pulling the meat off. The video includes the temperature profiles of the meat internal temperatures and oven temperature over the entire cook.
